Full-dried solid wood frame. Undergone anti-worm and humidity control between 12-15%, S shape spring, paper wire, plastic net, webbing, lining, etc.
2.    FOAM CUTTING&GLUE ON THE WOOD FRAME:
High-density foam: D40-45 for cushion.D25-D30 for back &arm. UKFR foam (BS 5852) and USA 117 fire retardant foam are available.
It is the loose poly foam inside the small cushion.
3. LEATHER CUTTING& STITCHING:
Good quality leather / PVC is strictly selected and carefully cut.
Very professional and careful stitching to be the sofa cover.
Different kinds of leather, genuine or artificial leather, imported top grain leather or Chinese leather, and different kinds of colors are available.
4.  UPHOLSTER :
very important last step is to upholster the leather cover on the wood frame which is already glued with foam and upholster the back or small cushion.
